do you take insurance?

I am currently credentialed as an In Network Provider with Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO, Optum/United HealthCare, Aetna, and Cigna. Sessions are 45-55 minutes and duration is determined by your insurance carrier. I will provide superbills upon request for any Out of Network policies.

What are non-insurance options?

For clients who are Out of Network or choosing to self-pay, rates are as follows: $195 for initial intake and $170 for regular sessions. Payments are processed at the time of service.

how do you accommodate medical needs?

I am happy to accommodate medical needs by shifting to Telehealth, masking by both clinician and client, or holding sessions while walking outdoors, upon request. If you are in need of flexible scheduling to accommodate a rotating schedule or to accommodate chronic health concerns, please provide this information and we can work together to accommodate. My office is ADA accessible, with plenty of parking.
